AGS Line house bills of lading are covered by a carriers legal liability with an associated cost of $ 2.500,000 and up to $ 10.000 in case of detention, demurrage and legal expenses associated with abandoned cargo.

The $ 2.500 is a low insurance deductible per shipment and remains the responsibility of the AGS Line agent in the event of a claim required to be settled.

Becoming an AGS Line agent requires a registered membership at the Alfa Logistics Family, the Alfa Breakbulk Family or the Alfa Carshipping Family. After signing the AGS Line agency agreement, you will be an official registered agent of AGS Line as an NVOCC.

The AGS Line agency agreement includes all rules and regulations applicable while signing AGS Line house bills of lading in relation to, but not limited with, international regulations i.e. FMC, FMC tariff filing, AFR filing, ACI filing/eManifest, AMS filing, ISF filing, SOLAS etc.

Upon your approval of official Alfa agent, you will be provided with an ID and password in order to register your shipments through our fraud protected IT systems, ensuring tmaximum security to you (as an agent), us (as a carrier) and your customer, seller, buyer, exporter and importer.
